The Montessori Bilingual School fosters autonomy, a sense of responsibility, self-esteem and respect for others from an early age. We nurture children’s desire to learn and their love of hard work.
Montessori Bilingual Institution
Founded in 2008, the Institution Bilingue Montessori now welcomes students of all nationalities, from nursery to high school. Located in Le Virage, close to Léopold Sédar Senghor airport, our institution is inspired by the Montessori method combined with the classical method, in line with the Senegalese and International curriculum.
Our methods

The Senegalese Method
The Ministry of Basic Education (CEB) curriculum for primary, middle and high school is based on a competency-based approach.

The Montessori program
The Montessori method is specially designed to adapt to the Kindergarten environment and to meet the specific needs of young children in this crucial phase of their development.

The Bilingualism
A fully bilingual program (French and English on an equal time basis) has been set up from CI to CM2. The other classes, known as “classic”, will benefit from 8 hours of English per week.
Our school’s mission is to provide all students with dynamic learning opportunities in a stimulating environment, inspiring lifelong learning and the realization of full potential.
