The bilingual program
Nowadays, English has become an essential language, at least 30% of classes are taught in English in all classes. Our teachers, for the most part, are American, which allows children to be fully immersed for the duration of the course.
A fully bilingual program (equal hours, French and English) has been set up from CI to CM2. The other classes, called classics, will benefit from 8 hours of English per week.
Students have two teachers (French and English) and are immersed in two linguistic and cultural universes. Thus, children will be able to develop the skills that will facilitate their integration into international establishments offering in particular the International Baccalaureate programs.
The bilingual program promotes open-mindedness and intercultural understanding. Learners are exposed to different cultures and ways of thinking through foreign language learning. This prepares them to live and work in an increasingly globalized world, developing their tolerance, respect and ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultures.
